The Role: Being the Heart of the Guest Journey

​As a Guest Services Associate, you are the primary ambassador for the brand. Stationed at Ferrari World Abu Dhabi, you serve as the first point of contact for guests. Your mission is to ensure that every visitor's journey—from the moment they step through the gates to their final departure—is seamless, informative, and exhilarating.


1. Guest Engagement & Experience

​You aren't just giving directions; you are an information hub. You will welcome guests with genuine warmth, provide intricate details about show timings and ride requirements, and proactively resolve guest concerns with empathy and efficiency.


2. Commercial & Transactional Excellence

​The role involves a significant commercial component. You will utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems to process ticket sales and retail transactions. This requires high levels of accuracy in handling diverse currencies, credit cards, and vouchers, while also identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell experiences that enhance the guest's visit.


3. Operational Fluidity

​A theme park is a complex machine, and you are a vital gear. You will manage queues to maintain a steady flow, oversee essential service areas like Lost & Found, and utilize digital tablets to conduct guest satisfaction surveys, providing the data needed to keep improving the park experience.


4. Safety & Security

​Safety is the non-negotiable foundation of Miral Experiences. You will be trained to implement strict safety protocols, lead emergency evacuations if necessary, and maintain a vigilant eye to ensure a secure environment for all families and thrill-seekers.
