​The Role: Driving Financial Excellence

​The primary objective of this position is to oversee and manage the full cycle of the C-store (convenience store) accounts payable function. With the C-store business growing rapidly, ADNOC Distribution requires a professional who can handle high transactional volume with precision and efficiency.

​While the core of the role is rooted in accounts payable—including processing invoices and clearing payment transactions—it is far from a repetitive task. The successful candidate will also play a critical role in supporting broader financial functions. This includes clearing payroll transactions, navigating treasury-related matters, managing complex refund processes, and addressing ad-hoc payments appearing in company bank statements. Because of the diverse scope of these responsibilities, the ideal candidate must possess strong analytical capabilities and the composure to manage competing priorities under pressure.

​What You Will Do

​The Accounts Payable Accountant will be the engine behind smooth vendor and financial operations. Key responsibilities include:

• ​SAP Optimization: Leveraging deep technical knowledge of SAP to streamline invoice processing and ensure accurate payment clearing.
• ​Vendor Relations: Maintaining and strengthening relationships with key vendors to promote efficiency and transparency.
• ​Master Data Integrity: Creating and maintaining accurate SAP master data, ensuring that every update is compliant with rigorous internal policies.
