​Your Primary Responsibilities

​As a Sales Driver, your day-to-day operations involve more than navigating the UAE's roads. You are responsible for the entire lifecycle of the distribution process within your territory:

  1. Strategic Distribution: Execute deliveries to existing customers following a precise journey plan to ensure 100% route compliance.

  2. Sales Growth: It’s in the title! You are expected to meet and exceed daily and monthly sales targets. This includes identifying untapped opportunities and onboarding new customers within your assigned area.

  3. Relationship Management: Build and maintain rapport with shop owners and procurement managers, providing top-tier service that reflects Agthia’s values.

  4. Operational Excellence: Manage distribution documentation, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure your 3-ton truck is maintained in peak safety condition.

  5. Inventory Control: Ensure product availability and the effective use of sales materials during every stop.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience operating a 3-ton truck. Preference is given to those with FMCG backgrounds, particularly in 5-gallon water distribution.

  • Licensing: A valid UAE Light Vehicle Driving License issued prior to March 31, 2023.

  • Education: A minimum of a High School Certificate.

  • Communication: Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is essential for handling documentation and customer interactions.

  • Soft Skills: Strong negotiation tactics and a customer-first mindset.
