Your primary objective is to ensure that catering supplies, retail products, and onboard equipment are in the right place, at the right time, in the right quantity.

​Core Responsibilities

​The role is a blend of strategic planning and hands-on operational management. Key duties include:

  • Inventory Stewardship: Monitoring and maintaining precise stock levels across diverse holding locations to prevent shortages or overstock.

  • Data Integrity: Managing Item Master Data within ERP systems, including economic order quantities (EOQ) and fill rates.

  • Strategic Forecasting: Publishing periodic demand forecasts for global suppliers and analyzing performance against budgets.
  • Risk Mitigation: Identifying potential supply chain disruptions and implementing corrective actions to maintain seamless service.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Managing excise tax reconciliations and conducting audits to ensure all transactions meet stringent financial and operational standards.
