Open Position: Driver Cum Merchandiser

​Locations: Dubai, Sharjah, and Ajman

​Al Saiee Group is currently looking for energetic Driver Cum Merchandisers to join the FMCG division. This role is critical in ensuring that ASG products are not only delivered but also showcased effectively in major retail outlets.

​Key Requirements:

  • ​Experience: At least 2 years in FMCG merchandising.

  • ​Licensing: Must possess a valid UAE Manual Driving License.

  • ​Skills: Strong knowledge of UAE road networks and basic reporting skills (daily sales/route feedback).

  • ​Communication: Proficiency in English is required. Fluency in Hindi, Arabic, or Malayalam is highly preferred.

  • ​Physical Fitness: Ability to handle field-based tasks and outdoor environments.

​Core Responsibilities:

  • ​Implementing First-In-First-Out (FIFO) stock rotation and managing expiry checks.

  • ​Ensuring product visibility and maintaining high shelving/display standards.

  • ​Building strong relationships with supermarket and retail store managers.

  • ​Executing daily sales targets and providing market feedback to the management team.
