Role Purpose & Key Responsibilities

​The Foods Customer Service Specialist serves as a strategic linchpin within a sophisticated supply network. Your primary objective is to spearhead customer service operations, focusing on meticulous shipment planning, financial forecasting, and the continuous availability of stock across various distribution centers.

​To achieve best-in-class supplier performance, the successful candidate will handle a wide array of critical responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning: Managing primary shipment planning and forward forecasting for both Volume and Gross Sales Value (GSV).

  • Operational Excellence: Monitoring weekly, monthly, and annual shipment plans while validating "CAN-Do" planning and promotional forecasts.

  • Financial Integration: Supporting financial volume submissions during S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) cycles.

  • Risk Management: Leading proactive discussions to mitigate supply chain risks and ensuring seamless coordination between logistics, finance, and deployment teams.

  • Data Oversight: Managing end-to-end reporting to provide stakeholder visibility and monitoring forecast accuracy against shipment performance.

Qualifications & Leadership Expectations

​Unilever is looking for candidates who blend technical proficiency with leadership maturity. At a minimum, you should have three years of experience in Customer Service or Planning, preferably within the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) or supply chain sectors.
