Role Overview: Team Leader – Cabin Cleaning
The first impression a passenger has when stepping onto an aircraft is its cleanliness. As a Team Leader, you are the guardian of that impression. You will oversee all cleaning operations across assigned bays and stands, ensuring every aircraft meets the rigorous standards outlined in the Cabin Appearance Manual.
Your Core Responsibilities Include:
- Operational Oversight: Supervising comprehensive cabin cleaning activities and ensuring aircraft are ready for prompt turnaround.
- Team Management: Allocating staff based on real-time flight schedules and monitoring performance, discipline, and training.
- Resource Coordination: Ensuring all cleaning materials, chemicals, and cabin supplies are fully stocked and ready for use.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Working closely with Catering, Ground Handling, Laundry, and Airside Safety to facilitate on-time departures.
- Safety & Compliance: Upholding strict health, safety, and hygiene protocols to protect both staff and passengers.
- Reporting: Preparing shift summaries and acting as a deputy to the Cabin Cleaning Controller when necessary.
