The Role: Driving Operational Excellence
The Officer – Freezone Services acts as a critical link between the organization, its corporate tenants, and government authorities. The primary focus of this role is to manage the end-to-end lifecycle of Freezone client services, ensuring that every transaction—from visa issuance to establishment renewals—is handled with precision and speed.
Core Responsibilities
- Visa & Residency Management: Oversee the processing of new visas, renewals, cancellations, and stamping. This includes direct coordination with PRO teams and immigration authorities.
- Documentation & Permits: Facilitate entry permits, residence permits, and exit permits, ensuring all legal requirements are met.
- Digital Gateway Support: Assist clients with E-channel activation and renewals through the ADAC gateway, reflecting the organization’s commitment to digital transformation.
- Administrative Compliance: Manage the issuance of establishment cards, NOCs, employment certificates, and service letters while maintaining rigorous records within the CRM system.
- Client Relations: Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, resolving issues promptly or escalating complex cases to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Reporting & Audit: Prepare essential reports for management and provide necessary documentation to support internal and external audits.
Candidate Profile: What You Need to Succeed

- Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
