​📋 Position Requirements

​Candidates must meet the specific criteria outlined below for their desired role.

​1. Security Supervisor

​This role requires strong leadership capabilities to ensure site security and personnel management.

• ​Requirements: Mandatory SIRA Certification (Security Supervisor level) and a minimum of 2 years of experience in Facilities Management as a Security Supervisor.

• ​Responsibilities: Supervising security personnel, maintaining discipline, responding to security incidents, enforcing site protocols, and preparing detailed reports.

​2. Lifeguard

​Candidates must be physically fit and capable of passing rigorous safety tests.

• ​Swimming & Physical Test Requirements:
  • ​Swim 100m Freestyle and 100m Backstroke.

  • ​Swim 50m in under 60 seconds.

  • ​Dive 2 meters to retrieve a 4kg object.
  • ​Swim 10m on back while carrying a 4kg object.
