The Role: Your Impact at HQ

​As the first point of contact for Aldar Education’s Headquarters, the Receptionist plays a critical role in upholding the group’s reputation for professionalism and excellence. This is not merely a front-desk position; it is a dynamic blend of administrative support, operations, and stakeholder management.

​Working closely with the Operations team and senior leadership, you will ensure that the day-to-day functions of the office run seamlessly while providing a warm, efficient welcome to visitors, staff, and external partners.


Key Responsibilities

  • Front-of-House Excellence: Manage the lobby and reception areas, ensuring they reflect a high professional standard. You will greet visitors, handle inquiries, and manage a high volume of calls in line with corporate protocols.
  • Administrative Support: Assist the Executive Director of Operations with calendar management and data gathering. You will also handle mail, document preparation, and maintain accurate visitor logs.
  • Operational & HSE Compliance: You will act as a key link to security by tracking external visitors and identifying maintenance needs. Furthermore, you will promote a proactive Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) culture, reporting hazards and assisting with internal audits.
  • Admissions & Events: Support the admissions team by logging inquiries and providing accurate information to prospective families. You will also assist in corporate events, which may occasionally require flexibility during peak periods.

Qualifications & Skills

​Aldar Education is looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced, multicultural environment. To be successful, you should possess:

  • ​A Bachelor’s degree or High School Diploma.
  • ​At least 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (UAE/Regional experience is highly valued).
  • ​Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are a significant advantage.
  • ​Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook.
  • ​The ability to multitask under pressure with exceptional attention to detail.
