  • Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external customers, providing high-level service and clear communication.
  • Process Compliance: Executing HR activities in strict adherence to the latest policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and data confidentiality protocols.
  • Digital Proficiency: Utilizing our HR systems and data landscape to maintain accuracy and quality in every task.
  • Continuous Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline systems, reduce costs, and enhance the overall quality of our HR services.

Who We Are Looking For

We are searching for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. To excel in this role, you should possess:

  • Experience: At least 4+ years in Human Resources, specifically within shared services, recruitment, onboarding, or offboarding.
  • Technical Knowledge: A deep understanding of HR administrative procedures, interviewing techniques, and the nuances of the entire employee lifecycle.
  • Skills: Proficiency in MS Office and a high level of "PC literacy." You must be highly organized with a strong orientation toward quality and accuracy.
  • Communication: Exceptional English verbal and written skills are required. The ability to speak Arabic is considered a distinct advantage.
  • Education: A minimum of 12 years of schooling or an equivalent qualification.
