The Role: Strategic Inventory Management
The Store Keeper is more than just a custodian of goods; they are a vital link in the supply chain that ensures the fabrication facility operates without interruption. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of material flow, ensuring that production schedules are met through precise inventory control and seamless coordination between the procurement and site teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily warehouse activities, including the rigorous inspection of incoming raw materials and the systematic issuance of stock to the production floor.
- Inventory Accuracy: Maintain meticulous records of all stock movements using inventory management systems. Conduct periodic physical audits to reconcile actual stock with digital records.
- Technical Handling: Oversee the specialized storage and labeling of aluminium profiles, thermal break sections, hardware, and architectural accessories to prevent damage and ensure easy retrieval.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a liaison between the workshop and the procurement department to monitor stock levels, reporting potential shortages or surpluses well in advance.
- Safety & Compliance: Uphold the highest standards of workshop safety and organization, ensuring the storage area remains clean, accessible, and compliant with UAE industrial regulations.
Candidate Profile: Qualifications and Skills

- Experience: A minimum of 2–4 years of UAE-based experience specifically within the Aluminium Fabrication or Façade industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive familiarity with aluminium systems, curtain walls, and various fittings/accessories is mandatory.
- Systems Proficiency: Ability to navigate inventory management software and maintain manual stock registers with high accuracy.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills in English, an eye for detail, and the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure manufacturing environment.
