Maintaining the integrity of Amazon’s training ecosystem is vital. You will:
- Manage and update training records via the central training console.
- Ensure all AMET materials are current and consistently applied.
- Oversee audits, tests, and assessments to track trainee progress accurately.
3. Data-Driven Performance Improvement
Amazon thrives on data. You will analyze daily performance metrics to identify gaps in the learning experience. By evaluating feedback and operational trends, you will provide structured coaching to trainers and suggest process improvements that enhance overall efficiency.
4. Strategic Operational Support
You will collaborate closely with operations leadership to manage cross-training initiatives, ensuring the facility is prepared for peak seasons. By maintaining skill matrices, you will highlight critical training gaps and support high-level AMET projects.
