​📦 About the Storekeeper Role

​The Storekeeper is an essential, 'backstage' role vital to the smooth and efficient operation of the entire resort. By expertly managing the flow of supplies, this position directly supports the daily needs of key departments, including Food & Beverage, Culinary Teams, and Housekeeping. Your timely and accurate delivery of supplies ensures that every department can function flawlessly, helping the resort deliver memorable guest experiences.

​A successful Radisson Storekeeper must demonstrate strong organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail, and a commitment to working in strict compliance with hotel policies, safety rules, and operational procedures. Reliability and a proactive, team-oriented mindset are key qualities for success.

​✨ Key Responsibilities: The Pillars of the Role

​The Storekeeper's responsibilities are divided into four critical areas, ensuring comprehensive management of all goods and inventory within the resort:

​1. Receiving & Storing Goods

  • ​Efficiently receive incoming deliveries, accurately counting and verifying all items.
  • ​Carefully load and transport goods to designated storage locations.
  • ​Maintain all storerooms in a clean, organized, and secure (locked) state.
  • ​Shelve all products correctly, utilizing space effectively.

​2. Issuing & Inventory Management

  • ​Accurately issue requisitioned items to various hotel departments upon request.
  • ​Systematically post all daily stock movements and transactions into the inventory system.
  • ​Prepare and submit critical daily F&B receiving reports.
  • Conduct month-end physical inventory checks to ensure system accuracy.
  • ​Proactively monitor par stock levels and initiate reordering procedures as needed.
  • ​Prepare and submit reports detailing slow-moving inventory items.

​3. Stock Quality Control & Safety

  • ​Strictly implement the FIFO (First-In, First-Out) principle to rotate stock, which is especially critical for fresh and perishable goods.
  • ​Immediately report any spoiled, damaged, or expired inventory items.
  • ​Ensure all items are stored according to proper safety protocols, brand standards, and storage requirements.

​4. Administrative & Compliance Duties

  • ​Assist the Head Storekeeper with daily ordering and preparation of inventory documentation.
  • ​Adhere to all Radisson brand standards for storage documentation and procedures.
  • ​Strictly comply with Radisson’s comprehensive fire safety and general work safety regulations.
