Current Career Opportunities Across Multiple Divisions
EPP is currently seeking skilled professionals for a broad spectrum of roles within its various operational departments.
1. Digital Printing & Embellishment: A primary focus of the recruitment drive is securing experienced Digital Printing Machine Operators proficient with advanced equipment such as the HP Indigo 35K, Fujifilm Revoria, MGI Jetvarnish, Scodix, and Duplo DuSense.
2. Folding Carton Packaging: This division is hiring for numerous hands-on roles, including Sheet-fed Gravure Machine Operation, Offset Printing (UV & Conventional) on Heidelberg, KBA, and Komori machines, Autoprint Coating, Auto and Manual Diecutting, Cylinder Foiling, Foil Hot Stamping, Folder & Gluer Operations, Foscutt Guillotine Operators, Sakurai Screen Printing, Lamination, and Sheeter Machine Operation. The company is also looking for experienced Supervisors in both Printing and Finishing.
3. Prepress Department: EPP requires skilled MAC/CAD Operators who are proficient in ESKO software for the crucial tasks of packaging layout creation and precise die-line development.
4. Commercial Printing: Opportunities are available for Web Offset Operators and Assistants, Perfect Binding Machine Operators, Case Binders, Sewing Machine Operators, and Bookline Machine Operators.
5. Flexible Packaging: The team is expanding with roles for Assistant Rotogravure Printing Machine Operators, Flexographic Printing Machine Operators, and Ink Technicians skilled in complex colour matching and gravure ink mixing.
6. Rotary Folding Carton Packaging: EPP is hiring Rotary Die Cutting Operators experienced with Heidelberg, DCM/ATN, and Bobst equipment, alongside RDC Tool Technicians specializing in tooling and equipment maintenance.
7. Corrugation & Litho Lamination: The company seeks a Foreman with experience in slitting, die cutting, pasting, and gluing operations.
8. Entry-Level Opportunities: EPP maintains a commitment to talent development by welcoming Freshers and candidates with 1–2 years of experience for DPT / DME / ITI – Machine Assistant roles. Diploma holders in Mechanical/Printing Engineering or ITI certifications are encouraged to apply.
